Where is my order?
Our system should email you periodically with shipping updates to your order. If for some reason you did not get an email please let us know.
Not all of the products I ordered arrived?
Occasionally we ship out products separately in order to deliver them as soon as possible to you. In this case, you would get multiple tracking numbers for your purchase.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to ship out all products the following business day. In the event that we are unable to we will explicityl state it on the product or reach out and email you after the purchase. If you're unhappy, you may request a refund prior to shipment.
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we generally don't offer refunds on purchases because of sanitary concerns. However, if there is an issue with your order we will do everything we can to rectify it. Please reach out and let us know if you're having any issues.
